ChannelAdvisor CEO and Top Customers to Present at Cowen and Companys Internet Conference on December 7, 2006

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of channel management solutions (CMS), announced today Scot Wingo, Chief Executive Officer, will speak at Cowen and Companys Internet Conference on Thursday, December 7, 2006. Scot will be participating in the panel entitled E-Commerce Trends: Insights From Online Retailing Executives at 11:30 A.M. Eastern Time with GSI Commerce, Sprint Online Store and eBags at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York where he will provide ChannelAdvisors multi-online channel perspective on topics such as paid search, comparison shopping engines and marketplaces. In addition, four ChannelAdvisor customers will be presenting on a Power Seller Forum at 4:00 P.M. co-moderated by Scot Wingo and Jim Friedland, analyst with Cowen and Company.

The Cowen and Company Internet Conference will bring together the fastest growing public and private companies in Internet media and e-commerce. The conference will feature three concurrent general session presentations featuring panels as well as company presentations.

The Power Seller Forum will discuss trends merchants are seeing on eBay and other online channels. The panel speakers include:
